Child Maintenance

Child maintenance is the responsibility of the Child Maintenance Service (‘CMS’), which is the statutory body responsible for setting, reviewing, and enforcing child maintenance payments payable by the ‘absent parent’ to the parent with ‘day-to-day care’ of the child or children.

We can advise both payee and payer during their dealings with the CMS to ensure that they are not either short-changed or ‘fleeced’.
