Malcolm Cameron

Principal Solicitor

Malcolm Cameron is the founding principal of Cameron Macaulay Solicitors. Born and raised in Glasgow, Malcolm was educated at Kelvinside Academy, and is a graduate of Dundee and Strathclyde Universities.

Malcolm is an accomplished solicitor with over 30 years of experience in the legal profession. Prior to forming his own legal practice in 1996, he worked with large city centre firms in Glasgow and Edinburgh. He is experienced and adept at most forms of civil court litigation, appearing in Courts and Tribunals throughout Scotland. He was a founding member of the Scottish Family Law Association, and is a specialist in Family Law, Employment Law and complex Medical Negligence cases.

Vivien Ho

Solicitor

Vivien joined the firm as a Legal Assistant in 2018 before training and qualifying as a solicitor. She was born in Hong Kong, grew up in Australia and came to Scotland at a young age. Vivien was educated at Bearsden Academy before studying at Heriot-Watt and Edinburgh Universities. She is dual-qualified in Psychology and Law.

Sandra Cummings

Secretary

Sandra is the firm’s Office Manager and Senior Secretary. With over 40 years of experience in the legal profession, she is our right hand. 

Outside of work, Sandra is kept busy with countless grandchildren.
